I will be moving into a house with a pool in nice condition.

Do I just need the TF100 or TF100XL?
Is the Speedstir a necessity?
Should I start ordering bleach, borax and baking soda to have on hand?

Get the XL. The other reagents are easy to find in stores if you suddenly run out, but not the powder. Get it now, save shipping.

Speedstir is not necessary, but nobody who owns one regrets buying it. I use mine for every test but pH.

Don't order anything until you have test results and know what you need. Not everyone needs borax or baking soda. I've never added either to my pool. You will need bleach, but it deteriorates with time, so you don't want to stockpile too much in advance. If you're moving in next week, then sure, buy a couple cases if you see a sale somewhere. Don't stockpile it by the pallet.
