ph 6.8 and cya = 0

I have an above ground 15 x 30 oval that is 4' deep. I can't find what is called a stabilizer in walmart. I have added borax to hopefully raise the ph to at least 7.2. What can I use to raise the cya?

It is called stabilizer, CYA, conditioner, or Cyanuric Acid and is readily available at HD, Lowe's, WalMart or a Pool Store.
