AutoPilot Digital Blowing Fuses

Bad lightning storm last night. AutoPilot digital was dead today. Fuse on the lower left of the unit was blown. Replaced it. Worked for a bit...long enough for me to think I fixed it, close it up, and walk away. An hour later that same fuse is blown.

Before I call pool builder for service, is there anything else I should check/try? Unit is less than 1 year old.

It is unlikely, but I would check for debris in the cell that could be shorting out the cell plates.

No debris in the cell. I'll see if I can get another new fuse in there later tonight.

New fuse blew in 5 seconds. Called pool builder...waiting for return call from their "electrical guy."

Fried controller relay...controlling power to the Auto Pilot. When relay is bypassed...all seems to work fine.
