Pump was leaking so I replaced part 5 (face plate o-ring) because that is where the leak was coming. However now the leak is coming from under the pump where the motor(1) meets the faceplate(4). I am not sure if I am not getting it back together correctly. I tighten all the screws and lubricate gaskets. Could it now be my shaft seal or something else?
