Low alk, low ph, cloudy water

I have a fiberglass 12,500 gal pool. Used nat chem stain away and metal free to remove metal stain. Now water is cloudy. Not sure what to do. Here are my readings:
Tbr 10
Fc 5
Alk 0
Ph 6.8
Hard 100

I don't think your TA is zero and you don't post CYA. Retest your TA (alk) and report if you can test for CYA.

What does your water look like?

It is normal for the water to cloud up for a day or three right after a stain treatment (we call it an AA treatment). The water will clear up in not too long.

My test doesn't give CYA but I refilled with fresh water a couple of weeks ago so I think it should be low. It is well water which is why a got the stain to begin with. I used Natural Chemistry Stain Free with citric acid. I noticed they offer a Stain Free Extra Strength. Is that 100% ascorbic acid and should I use that instead as the citric acid did not remove all of the stain?

Citric acid (Stain Free) and ascorbic acid (Stain Free Extra Strength) do much the same thing, and it is more a question of total amount used than which specific product you are using. For price comparisons, you need twice as much citric acid as ascorbic acid to have the same effect.

Makes sense. I will probably use AA to remove the rest of the stain. Can I go ahead I use it now with the readings above? Do you recommend using the Natural Chemistry Extra Strength AA or a different bran?

I believe your FC needs to be very low to do an AA treatment.
