My cousin in your area had a similar wood structure pool replaced years ago 20 x 40. It was cheaper to replace the entire pool, IG vinyl. She also went down in size 18 x 36. Replaced that one with a 16 x 32 from 2 1/2' to 5'. She has a son with CP hence the shallow pool.

Have you taken the water table down to prevent anymore erosion to the sub-grade under the pool deck?

How much water should the pool have?
