Pool leak detection?

I know I'm losing water though some type of leak. I suspect either the tile grout or somewhere around the skimmer, based on where the water is settling in my neighbor's yard. I've tried the red dye injection technique, bucket test, and watching it overnight w/o running the pump.

If it is in my skimmer line, is there a simple test before I call out the "camera squad"?

TIA

Bumping to see if we can get you some help with this...

Leak detection is time consuming attention to the finest detail procedure. Plug your skimmer line in the bottom and if the pool keeps leaking you know the line is ok. If you have a light check where the cord exits. Had a concrete crew drive stakes thru the light conduit and didn't tell anyone they hit it.
