I have dialed down puck feeder should that be enough to lower FC? Water temperature 83, water crystal clear and pool is clean we vacuumed yesterday. I am converting to SWG so want to continue to use pucks to increase CYA, is this correct? Comments appreciated.

Your numbers look good and your strategy of using pucks and monitoring your subsequent CYA increase is a good one.

You'll have to experiment with the setting on your puck dispenser but that will work just fine, too.

Keep track how many pucks you use so you don't overshoot. Also, you'll have to watch pH and TA. The pucks will monkey with them.

Puck strategy is good especially if you're eventually converting to salt, since they lower both the PH and TA, and you're are too high for SWG pool. If you already have the pucks to use up - go for it, I wouldn't buy more though. Too expensive in the long run.
