I found a small crack right above a return vent that has me worried. The Miami heat certainly helps with water evaporation, and the water level drops relatively quickly in hot days. The pavers around that side of the pool are slightly uneven, but I don't think I can blame a posaible leak. I'm letting the water droo below it so I can repair it; I cant honestly say I know what surface material the pool has.

Can anyone ooffer suggestions on how to repair it?

Looks like some kind of plaster finish with some color in it. Not sure what to suggest for how to repair. I would think you should grind out a V in the cracks so that you can put some kind of filler/plaster back into it.
