Balancing help!

Had my pool installed Friday and had it finished filling yesterday. I took test of water and here is what I came up with

1.0 FC
0.0 CC
60 TA
7.0 PH

I put some left over tri clhor tablets in feeder as I know CYA is down and and need to address PH and TA before adding stabilizer.

My questions is do I address these in any particular order? Over how much time from one to another?

Your pH is already low and trichlor will lower it further.

Get some bleach in there now, manually add close to the right amount of CYA, and then decide if you want to raise TA and get the small rise in pH or go Borax. Or maybe you have some leftover pH up or something. Your pH and TA are not hugely out of range, and you need some FC and some CYA to protect it right now.
