Does anyone know if Clorox CleanUp actually has bleach in it? Will it affect pool chemistry?

Actually, in this case, I'm looking to clean the inflatable ring (donut) of an 18 foot Intex above-ground pool. It gets dirty and gritty from living under an oak tree, and it seems that the local blackbirds and blue jays like to party there too.
