Can you please give a recommendation on the best SWG for an above ground pool that is 18x36 oval? We are ready to make the switch but not sure on which model. I'm leaning towards the compupool cpsc24; is there any difference with an in-ground vs above ground unit?

I'm sorry I can't make a suggestion but many here have done AG SWG's for their pool. Perhaps one who has can suggest something.

There are differences, but they can be worked around. In-ground SWGs require hard wiring and are designed to be connected to PVC. Above ground SWGs generally plug in and are designed to be connected to hoses. PVC to hose adapters are commonly available, and it is always possible to hard wire the SWG if needed.
