Spa Side Switch Rubber Membrane Replacement?

The switches seem to work fine but, the rubber membrane covering them is oxidized and badly cracked. I've done some searching and a replacement (for the rubber part not the whole switch) seems unavailable. If anyone has come up with a fix for this I'd sure like to hear from you.

Thanks,
Doug
