TA test immediately red- no green

Okay, the company I work for just got a new client so I did a full chem test with the Taylor K 2006. pH is VERY low... after 13 drops in the base demand test the sample is still yellow. Question about the TA test. I added the first two drops, swirled, then the second five drops and the sample turned red instead of green. Anyone know what this means? No TA level?
