I currently have a large tear in my inground pool liner, on the right hand side by the skimmer, can I repair the tear, or should the liner be replaced. I had the liner replaced 3 years ago

If the tear is less than 18" long and there is at least four inches all the way around the tear without obstructions you can probably patch it. If it extends closer than 4" to the skimmer chances are that the patch won't work.

Something that large by the skimmer is going to be tough to patch.
