Return jet leak

Putting the finishing touches on my 24' agp I have found a small leak on my return jet I've tightened it as right as I can siliconed it and even put jb water weld around the jet inside the pool but still have the leak it is small prob less than a gallon a day but any ideas would be appreciated

I just finally got my leak stopped!!

I am definitely no plumbing expert but I'm gonna suggest some pictures so that others can give you better recommendations.
