Intermatic Timer Glitch

I've seen loads of comments on timer issues but none on Timer power issues. My timer (T21004R) still keeps time but it quit supplying power to the pump, it won't even work with the manual "ON" switch.
I checked the power with my meter - I have power on both sides of the breaker (feed side and at terminal block/conncetions) when the switch is OFF, pump not running. Weird (to me)! But no power at terminal block/connections when the switch is ON, pump still not running.
Looking for a quick n cheap fix! Swimming time!

Have you checked the physical contacts to make sure they're making when the timer is energized?
You can power everything down, unhook the load side and check continuity through them.

Not the Timer - worse, motor was bad. New Install complete - now heater is broken!
