Paint for underwater PVC stem?

Beause our PB doesn't install telescoping fountains anymore...they put a 15" white PVC pipe and eyeball cap on the baja step instead. All the return jets are dark gray and the pebble is medium blue, so it sticks out horribly.

Anybody use paint for PVC that is designed to be submersed? I'm thinking of asking boat repair guys....

Krylon Fusion paint will work if you sand/scuff up the pipe beforehand, to improve adhesion, and then give it seven days to dry before submerging it.
