I have been reading your forums for a couple of years now and finally got up the courage to break out of the Baquacil goo. I started my conversion yesterday. I knew what to expect from reading the forum but seeing it for real is another story...lol. I am taking pictures and will post as soon as I figure out how to do that...lol

How deep is your pool? 7000 gallons seems a bit on the low side with measurements 13x26.

Your best bet for posting photo's is to use a photo hosing site. This thread should give you more info......

It is 3 ft in shallow end, 5'10" in deep but the steps in the shallow are take up a lot of room...also the built in spa seats...forgot to add that to my signature...it's also heated.

My gut says you may find yourself having a larger amount of water in the pool as you may think. Use PoolMath to figure out how much chlorine you'll need to reach 15ppm. Don't be shocked however if towards the end your numbers tend to be on the high side.
