Have a 16×32 intex ultra frame should I use sand to level out.instructions say it will void my warranty but everyone I see uses it.stuck, wanna swim asap

As long as the ground is basically level to begin with, using a thin layer of sand (1/2" to 1") to get the final imperfections is just fine. If the ground is out of level by more than 1/2" you will want to level with something that compacts better before even thinking about sand.
