Looking at a Hayward King Shark pool robot. It's designed for commercial pools up to 30' x 60'. My pool is only 32' x 16'. I wouldn't even think about buying one retail, but there is used one for sale from a company going out of business.

I already have a pool robot (siggy) inherited from previous owner but it looks in rough shape and I have no idea how it functions and won't until weather cooperates for me to open my pool.

Too big for my pool? I'll only buy if I can get a great deal on it and it's not overkill for function and maintenance.

Tough call. Buying a used robot is iffy. Don't worry about it being too big......that won't be an issue.

Robots need TLC and some maintenance.....if that used one was neglected, it might not be a good deal.
