Polaris 360/380 rebuild

I want to rebuild my "inherited" polaris from the previous home owners.

Its always on its side and the 2 of the tires peel when I rub on them.
The hose doesn't feel stiff but sinks by a very very small amount.
i took off the egg thing but found no water in it


Please direct me on where to start or some how to. Also any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Rebuilt mine last summer. All the directions are o on video on YouTube and it super simple. Just lay out an old towel to keep small bits from rolling, and go step by step. If the wheels are not wiggling, the it is not likely the bearings. I bought $200 in parts took back over half. For$8, a couple oh hours, and a dirty look from the wife for using the coffee table as a work bench, it is ruining good as new still.
