How's this recipe for Water Care.

I bought a used hot tub, and this recipe is from the dealer who sold the tub to it's first owners. Sounds simple enough, right?

After reading this site and a few others, I didn't follow this procedure. "You just can't add too much Oxi-Burn, because we sell it!" I don't even know what oxi-burn is.

A hot tub dealer in my area gave me some advice on water chemistry. I told him my game plan on lowering the TA, he said I read too much on the internet. Add this, add that, and you'll be good, he says. Whatever.

That certainly is an expensive recipe ... might work, might not. All those random chemical names with no idea what ingredients they actually are

Just fill the spa with Oxy Burn. You can't use too much after all.

Water Polish is when you get in the pool and move your hands in a circular motion. Like in the movie The Karate Kid, wax on wax off !
