How soon can swim after borate?

I'm planning to try the borate recommendation from this site (50 ppm) and I'm wondering how soon after applying the borax and muriatic acid we can safely swim.

Unless anyone else says differently, I would think that the main safety issue in this situation would likely be the acid. I would give it at least an hour of circulating after you add the last batch of muriatic acid before you swim.

You should let the final addition circulate for at least an hour and then test the PH. If the PH is in range then you are fine to swim.
