On new pool construction I ordered two additional filters. When I try to install them in my Hayward C2002 Star-Clear plus both filters were too long. All numbers match the numbers on the original filter that came with the system.
Has anyone ever had this problem? I live I Belize and getting replacement filters can take up to 4 weeks. Now I have two filters I can't use ans shipping them back to the US won't be cheap. I e sent emails to Hayward and the retailer I purchased them from. No reply yet.
