Pool antifreeze - get rid of during pool opening?

Hi,

Per instructions I learned from this board (awesome) I put pool anti-freeze into the skimmers and pipes. I know it's supposed to be safe and all, but I'm OCD. Is there anyway I can get rid of most, if not all, of the anti-freeze during startup? Is it safe to run the pump/filter on Backwash during the first start-up of the year?

Would a wet/dry shop vac suck it through? Or blow it from the skimmer out the open pump strainer?

Starting up on backwash is alright, though there is no need for it.
