Replacing jandy lxi temperature sensor?

Any tricks that I need to be aware of? Looks like all I need to do is unscrew the retaining bolt and replace. Is it that simple?

I'm assuming that the sensor is bad. Heater setting always is at least 5 degrees higher than the actual temp in the pool. I don't remember it being that way last fall.

I ordered a new part from amazon for $60 and am thinking I can swap out myself. Just want to make sure I'm not missing something.

Thanks.

That clip that bolts on not only holds the sensor in place, but also seals water from leaking. Make sure that the clip is strait or it wont hold the sensor at the correct angle, and it may seep.
