12.5% bleach success!

So, i went to the new power washing store here (Charleston, SC) today for the first time and they have 12.5% bleach for 1$1.45 a gallon. This price is unbelievable for me, since ive been paying 2.28 for the big jugs of 6.5 at wal-mart (i know they are larger than a gallon, but this still works out well).

My next question is, how do you guys handle dispensing the bleach?

Id love to find like a 5+ gallon container with a spout on it, that i can put a cup under to fill.

Yeah, i found a supply online for them, really cheap too ($15 + 10 shipping).

I was hoping to find a chain store or something local that would carry them.

I bought one of these at Dicks Sporting Goods in the camping section. It is a collapsable type that is used for water storage while outdoors. I think it was less than 10 dollars.
