I have a hydraulic powered Aquamatic pool cover. Had it for almost 10 years and have had very few problems. All of a sudden the cover wont open up. The motor sounds normal when I turn the key but cover does not move. It doesn't even tighten up like the cover is caught somewhere. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks in advance

I don't have any experience with hydraulic covers but here is some generic troubleshooting information I found. If you know the brand of the pool cover you may try googling a troubleshooting guide for that brand for more specific information.
It is probably the solenoid on top of the hydrulic drive. You will probably have to send the unit back to have them fixed
