Pentair EasyTouch help ?

so is this the forum to ask for help with Pentair EasyTouch systems ?

You can ask it where ever you want ... although automation is one thing we are pretty limited on in terms of helping. Personally I only know the Hayward systems because that is what I own.

I can't seem to get my easytouch remote to connect with the easytouch control panel
I think I had the 2 devices find each other & connect but then I get a "no com" message on the remote
