Hayward Swimpure no lights on

I have the no lights on situation on my Hayward Swimpure unit.
I've taken the board off and do not see any evidence of burning on the limiter contact area but there seems to be a hairline crack
that can only be seen with a magnifying glass - would that be enough to warrant trying to replace with new current limiter?

If the salt cell was bad would it produce the symptoms I am having?

Since the Swimpure is a re-branded Aqua-rite it would definitely be worth replacing the current limiter. Especially considering that the symptoms you describe are the same as seen in the aquarite.
