I did a search(advanced) for BBB but it says "The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search" I know its simple, just can't figure it out. It's used in this article http://www.troublefreepool.com/threads/52092-BBB-Saved-Me-Over-1-400-in-the-First-Full-Year , must be something like DIY?

thanks, Brian

OOPS should have googled it first, "bleach, borax, baking soda" http://www.poolsolutions.com/gd/the-BBB-method-of-swimming-pool-care.html the google answer

To expand on that, the name was changed because too many people thought the baking soda and borax were the magic pill that would keep the water sparkling all by itself and would stockpile the stuff even though their pool didn't need the baking soda or the borax.

I've always hated the 3 letter word exclusion in forum searches....it's incredibly common though.

You can always go to Google and enter your search as:

site:troublefreepool.com search term here

Google will only show the results from the website listed after "site:" when you search this way.

took me awhile to figure that out, but you're correct. It works like a charm. (overly complicated IMO, but it does work).
