Issue with Zane Solar Control Panel. Showing up with a flashing light is 'NR51'. Can anyone tell me what this means? Any help would be very much appreciated.

According to the ZX3000 manual error 51 means that either the roof, pool or flow sensor is open. I'd start by checking that all are plugged into the controller properly. Then I'd check to make sure the wires are not broken. If it's not one of those things I'd check the flow switch for proper operation and make sure it's not stuck open.
