Help! New Wetedge Luna Quartz Plaster with black spots.

Wetedge Luna Quartz plaster was applied Monday. They acid washed it and then immediately began to fill it with water. It took about 36 hrs to fill the pool. Wednesday PB came by and started up pump and added whatever chemicals were needed. He noticed these black spots. They are luckily confined to one general area of the pool and appear right below tile line streaking down a few inches.

Anyone have any idea what this is?

PB notified Plaster Company and they are to come look at it today.

Sorry you are having a problem. I had white streaks and at the edges of the white the plaster was very dark under most of my returns right after filling - once they added more acid they brushed the heck out of it and they were gone. Hope it's an easy fix.
