I'm sorry, I am still trying to learn valve positions. This is the correct position for the valve correct? Or should it be adjusted? Thanks for your help.

That depends on what you want to do!
For day-to-day, that's probably correct. If you're intending to drain the pool through the main drain, then the handle should be at 9 o'clock position. If you're vacuuming, you might need it set to 6 o'clock. Essentially, the shape of that handle - where it says "off" - is the same as what's inside. So you can see what it's blocking off.

Thank you Richard! I couldn't remember if I turned it back the right way after using the vacuum? I remember using the Pool Cleaner and adjusting the RPM's and you're correct, it was more towards 6 o'clock position to increase the RPM's. I just wanted to make sure I turned it back after vacuuming

I agree. I would put the handle at 12 o'clock so both pipes are fully open.
