Problems with DFW pool replaster companies

Need to get new plaster and tile, called three places initially based on reading this site and got estimates but ran into some issues.

Romo's Pools & Plastering - best price, emailed a couple questions more than a week ago, emailed several other questions two days ago, never heard back
Classic Tile & Plaster - good price, great info., responded to emails immediately, friendliest, doesn't take credit cards, no financing, can't use
Tru Blu Renovations - guy didn't seem to care that much, spent the least amount of time at the hosue, most expensive so far

We can't pay for this outright, I'm surprised a company doesn't take credit cards or offer finance for a pool renovation. Is this common because this ain't cheap? Anyone have recommendations for other companies?

The previous owners of our house used Superior Pools in Lewisville to resurface the pool in 2005. Surface (plaster) looks as good now as it did when we moved into the house in 2010. We have also used them for the occasional equipment repair and have been pleased so far.
