PM feature does not include links to the thread

The old PM button use to include a link to the thread from which the PM originated but the new link does not. Is there another way to PM someone other than the name link?

I agree it is kind of annoying that the link is not there. I have not found an alternative. Maybe the admins could change something to add a reference link?
