Pool Resurfacing

I own a property in FL that is a rental. I live in NY. The pool is a concrete pool that has been previously resurfaced with fiberglass. It needs to be resurfaced again. I know NOTHING. I've gotten an estimate from a pool company that uses Marquis Blue Stone and another estimate from Fibre Tech. The former is twice the price of the latter. I'm completely confused about which product to use. Obviously the Fibre Tech being half the price is tempting but read very mixed opinions about fiberglass. I'm also unsure of what I'll be "living with" since the pool has already been resurfaced with a fiberglass product.

How long did the fiberglass resurfacing last? If it lasts half as long as the plaster, it's really a wash.
