Finally starting the process of rebuilding my home and looking to get the pool up and running this summer. As I believe I need to replace the heater, the pump and the booster pump I would be curious as to what recommendations there are. For example, I am reading about pumps and variable speed, cost savings, energy efficiency, etc. I read about the eco pump and leaf pump as being the most efficient but not convinced. Also, is Hayward the way to go on the heater? What is the difference between the residential and commercial models? my goal is efficiency and cost savings on everything I am doing the house rebuild recognizing an investment is required. Was thinking the commercial is better built and will last longer....again any thoughts or suggestions.....thanks in advance.
