We are having a Luau party for my daughters first birthday party. Does anyone have any good, yet simple recipes?

My wife did a search for Luau recipes and she got quite a few off the internet. We are having one for our neighbor who is getting married as a shower for her and HTB ...

If I remember she said they looked easy to make .......
