on the section side is sucking air, but when i turn it from pool to spa it stops sucking air.
i replaced all the guts this summer , the diverter and oring kit.
Could the housing be bad ???
The valve was installed in 1998 , is that past its life expectency ?

Post a picture of the equipment pad. I'd be looking somewhere besides the diverter valve

I found a stripped out screw on the leaking side. Will try to find a oversize one to fit.
