Pool Deck Material Cracking & Refinishing (what is it?)

I was wondering if anybody could tell me what material my pool deck is made of, looks like some type of spray over concrete. I've searched and thinking it MAYBE is Kool Deck but not positive. As you can see it's starting to crack up in spots so I'm trying to figure out the best way to refinish the deck.

That is Kool Deck or a similar product.

I am not sure if it would all have to be chipped off or if you would just want to get what is loose up. They may put a layer of cement down on top for an even surface and then reapply the coating.

I'm thinking of trying a Kool Deck repair kit(assuming that's what it is) on few bad spots but I'm thinking the color will be off drastically since this has been on there a while.

Yes, the color will not likely match very well as it fades due to the sun and weather.
