Think my Hot Tub may be missing a GFCI

We had a hot tub installed over the summer, which required a new circuit box outside. I'm a little fearful that the electrician may not have set it up right - everything is working fine, however: Inside the house the breakers that are labeled for that box are two 70 amp ones, and there is no test/reset button on it. Outside, there are two 60 amp breakers, and again, no test reset. There is no plug for it, so I don't *think* it could be inline, but I don't know much about it. From the sounds of it, am I GFCI-less right now?
