Intermatic timer won't turn on/off pump.

I have recently moved to a new house in Namibia, Windhoek and one day I tried to change the time that the pool pump goes on and off but ever since that day the pump has not been switching on, how do I fix it.
I attached a photo of how to looks like.

Is there any kind of model number on the timer?
Will it not turn on or off due to the timer?

That switch on the right likely is an on off override and to use the timer it may need to be in the middle by the clock.

That picture isn't clear enough to tell exactly but it looks like it's set to run the pump from 20:00 to 23:30 and looks like the 11:30 to 12:00 tripper may be set too.

I agree with JB. Make sure the mode switch is set in the detents. It looks like it's off the detent a little.
