Our pool is just over two months old. We noticed that a dark small spot started to develop in the pebble tech at the deep end which grew in size over time. They have come to fix what they explained was staining from the surface getting wet from ground water. Apparently the plan was to put acid on the "stain" to get it out. doesn't seem like a stain to me! Lost story short. Pol has been drained of water, there is a pump in one of the drain constantly sucking water aNd a puddle has been developing in the deep end through the surface. So a few questions.
1. Is it normal for water to come through one of those drains from the round and does that happen on a regular.
2. Is something really wrong and they are lying to me?
3.I am pretty sure it's not supposed to form a puddle on its own, but what about the wet spots on the wall?
I'd appreciate any kind of feedback you can give me
