Replace Skimmer Basket

I have an 8" Jacuzzi skimmer basket that needs to be replaced. It is over 13 years old so I have no model #….

Any advice on where to purchase and size/model replacement?

If you just bring it into a pool store, you'll probably be able to find a good replacement for it.

Well...i dunno then I replaced mine this summer and it was actually cheaper at the pool store, even before figuring in shipping.

However, I went to "a" pool store where as expected they got the glazed look and knew nothing. I bought a sturdy USA made one slightly over sized….well too wide at the rim soo…

DIY…drilled holes, cut back the top a 1/4", used the old brass handle cutting off the ends. Its fantastic.
