Jets - which ones to get for a remodel

Hi,

Getting my pool remodeled - actually re-remodeled, as the contractor mixed up the colors for the surface finish. :hammer:

As part of that I got to see how they dealt with the return jets.

Here is my question: The company basically just left PVC pipes flush with the walls (more or less) for the return jets.

Is this how you would do jets for a new pool? I have seen a lot of real jets on the web, round, swiffel - all kinds of models and colors. Given that we are going with a high end premium surface I really don't like to see white PVC pipes as jets.

Any thoughts and or recommendation on how to approach this?

Since the color of the stone plaster is wrong, it basically means jack hammer (again) and complete resurface. This is the time to do proper jets - if there is such a thing.

Thanks!
