Jandy C1900 ChemLink with Stenner Pump

I am hoping someone with experience can help me figure this out.

I am buying the C1900 ChemLink to be used with my Salt Water Chlorinator. I am trying to control pH level as well, and I can't figure out if the C1900 comes with a pump or do I need to buy a separate Stenner Pump with a tank? I've even called Jandy and getting different responses from them.

It looks like it does not come with the pump. Here is a product link from Amazon that makes me think it is the controller only.

The C1900 comes with the controller only. I'm certain of this.
