Connecting the crawler hose to the suction port

Hi,

Have a new crawler, and am trying to connect the 1.5" hose to the suction port. Hose too big, port too small

Am thinking to get a adapter to sleeve down the hose to 1.25". Any thoughts on where to get/best adapter?

You'll probably have to check out a pool store for the adapter. I have seen people take a section of 1-1/2" hose and put a slit in part of it to force the slit end into the smaller hole. That might be considered a temporary solution.

Generally, a well stocked pool store will have these adapters since what you have is pretty common.
