We received the missing upright today and went to put the last top seat on the pool and the rail is about an inch too short. Is there a trick we should know about or do we push the wall it until it fits? So frustrated!!

If you screw them all down before the last one is on, it will prevent them from fitting. Try to loosen the screws and tug a bit and once they are all on, tighten down.
It's like Casey said, You leave all of them loose until you get them all on. You may have to go around the pool and fudge each one a tiny bit to get them all to line up and fit correctly.
There's not actually screws. It's a resin matrix. We ended up breaking 4 pieces and had to reorder. Now we're emptying again and calling the pool guy back. 350 bucks later grrrr
